Shipping Policy

Kechua Shop only ships in the United States

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation along with tracking once your order is on its way to you.


Once a package has left our fulfillment center, we cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. If your believe your package has been lost or stolen please contact the carrier assigned to your order and begin an investigation.

We offer a 10 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 10 days of the date you received it and receive a refund once all requirements are met.


To ensure you are eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the original condition received along with all packaging and inserts in tact.


Product(s) that are not shipped with tracking are not eligible for refunds.


All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements.


To proceed please email kechuacare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning. Once your return request is authorized We will send you a return label along with shipping instructions.


We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).


The refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs.

Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return.
